KFIC Financial Brokerage Company K.S.C. (Closed) is a financial brokerage company licensed by the Capital Markets Authority of the State of Kuwait and is duly registered and authorized to conduct securities brokerage activities in Boursa Kuwait.
The Company was established in 1985 under the name “Al-Ahlia Brokerage Company K.S.C. (Closed)” for the purpose of conducting securities brokerage activities. Subsequently, its name was changed to “KFIC Financial Brokerage Company K.S.C. (Closed).”
KFIC Brokerage has provided its services for more than 20 years to its clients, both locally and internationally, through Registered brokers and Online Trading.
The Company is committed to executing the client’s orders with the optimal level of accuracy and efficiency, while fully complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements governing securities trading in the State of Kuwait.
The Company also strives to meet the needs of its local and international clients by providing services tailored to their requirements, updating them of the relevant regulatory requirements, and keeping them aligned with Boursa Kuwait Trading platform. These efforts are followed by the vision and supporting of its main shareholder, KFIC Invest, one of Investment companies operating in Kuwait’s investment sector.
As part of its active role in developing Kuwait’s capital market structure, KFIC Financial Brokerage Company, in cooperation with the Capital Markets Authority and market participants, contributed to implementing the Market Development Project. In November 2025, KFIC Brokerage obtained the CMA approval to upgrade its license to “Qualified Broker registered in Boursa Kuwait” enabling it to provide the designated services for the developed activity in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
