Code of Ethics

Code Of Conduct encompasses the "rules" and culture related to legal and ethical standards of behavior that should be adhered to by members of the board of directors, committee members, executive management/responsible persons, and employees (referred to collectively as "relevant individuals") while performing their duties and responsibilities towards the company.

The manner in which senior management in the company deals with and believes in and is committed to implementing these rules affects the degree of commitment of the relevant individuals to them and plays a crucial role in shaping and monitoring the ethical culture in KFIC Financial Brokerage.

Board members must strive to balance the interests of KFIC Financial Brokerage and its shareholders while protecting the rights of stakeholders alike.

Moreover, these rules aim to assist the relevant individuals in enhancing their duties related to loyalty and diligence towards the company and taking measures that would protect the company's interests and contribute to its development by increasing its value.

Equally important, these rules also aim to help the relevant individuals focus on areas of ethical risks, provide guidance to help them identify and deal with ethical issues, establish mechanisms for reporting unethical behavior, and assist in promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
